However, the bathroom layout was awkward, and I experienced quite a bit of noise from the upstairs neighbors, which affected my sleep.

Tasty breakfast with fresh pastries that delighted us.
During my stay, I found the bathroom setup quite awkward, as it was just a divider and curtains instead of a fully closed room. This made me feel uncomfortable, especially when sharing the space. Moreover, the breakfast lacked substantial variety. I would have appreciated more hot options rather than just pastries and fruits.

beautiful atmosphere but could improve breakfast variety
I enjoyed the beautiful ambiance with stunning art on the walls and the charming appearance of the old building completely covered in vines. The breakfast spread was generous, featuring delightful pastries and fresh fruit that brightened our mornings. Access to a kettle in our Standard Queen Room allowed us to enjoy tea whenever we wanted, a lovely touch that isn't common in North America.
The breakfast offerings could benefit from more variety.
